BodyTastic is committed to supplying our customers with the right service package to meet their individual needs. With trained technicians on call across the country we have the capabilities to provide the level of service that best suits your business.

We have three different service levels available for Capital City clients:

Platinum:

  • Customer Service Representative available 24 hours a day 7 days per week
  • Technician onsite within 12 hours of fault being logged
  • Parts if required will be despatched immediately

Gold:

  • Contact us during our extended business hours 8am to 8pm(AEST or AEDT) Monday to Friday
  • Technician will be despatched within 24 hours of service request
  • Parts will be despatched same day if ordered before midday, otherwise next business day

Silver:

  • Call during business hours 9am to 5.30pm (AEST or AEDT) Monday to Friday
  • Technician will be onsite within 72 hours
  • Parts will be despatched next business day

 

BodyTastic reserves the right to alter these standards on a case by case basis.
