As strength and speed work are an essential part of Cross Training, our Lifting Platforms come with two heavy duty flooring options that are easy to assemble. The shock absorbing rubber surface softens the sound when dropping a loaded barbell and will cause less wear and tear on your equipment.
An extra long Band Peg Set is included, compatible with standard and longer specialty barbells, for a next-level workout. The platform has a 50 x 50mm steel frame with gusseted corners that bolt to the floor easily.
